Haelvoet takes strategic participation in Vasa nv
We are proud to announce that the Haelvoet family, the main shareholder of Haelvoet nv, has taken a strategic participation in Vasa nv.
Vasa is a Belgian company that is specialized in the production and installation of fixed furniture for hospitals and elderly homes. The SME is especially active in West- and East-Flanders. Both companies will continue to determine their own course independently. The current management team of Vasa nv will also continue to lead the company.
This investment suits the strategy of the Haelvoet family to further present themselves as the interior specialist for hospitals and nursing homes.
